* Direct liaison to GM, Chrysler and Ford for all prototype builds. * Coordinate all fuel supply prototype module builds. * Maintain adherence to quality systems, develop procedures/work instructions as necessary to ensure compliance to department expectations. * Develop individual sample build timelines and overall prototype schedules. * Project manages the timeline. * Communicate deliverable requirements to affected individuals. * Negotiate priorities with business development, project Leaders and other prototype requesters. * Inform requester immediately upon realization of schedule change requirements due to component lead time, priorities, etc. * Maintain appropriate component inventory. * Schedule and delegate all incoming work. * Support vehicle and/or system development activities. * Ensure that housekeeping and health and safety standards are maintained at all times. * Support design activities by developing special fixtures as required. * Work with SAP to assist purchasing and billing needs as required. * Develop resource and capital budgets - execute to procure necessary resources.

* Responsible for all plant In Process, Product development, outsource testing, engineering and technician interface for all testing needs. * 19+ years of vehicle product design, equipment design, build and component level testing including testing, design, build up and final throughput. * Maintain a cost effective method of purchasing lab supplies allowing for a cost reduction of over 20% * Provide staffing, training, communication and development of subordinates. * Design and implementation of new policies and procedures. * Maintained accounts receivable and accounts payable records for a 2 million dollar testing operation. * Conduct meetings with management and lab personnel.
