Operate the Multiple Vertical Conveyor and CasePick’s fleet of automated robotic vehicles using custom software. Troubleshoot stoppages using the Human/Machine Interface stations . Asses system stoppages and determine best course of action to maintain system up-time. Operate a custom Graphical User Interface within a Linux environment. Maintain accurate logs of all major events and issues. Monitor automation system performance and restart equipment as necessary. Conduct preventive maintenance on conveyor components as dictated by work orders as well as repairing components of conveyor system such as rollers, Bearings, Proximity sensors, Gearboxes, Vent Plugs , Drive Motors, Drive Chains, Sprockets, Reducers, Air Cylinders, Photo Eye sensors, Valve controls , Vertical lift controls, Blade stops, and pivot/in frameTransfers. Utilize material handling equipment to rotate inventory and to unload/load trailers as productions schedule dictates.

Operate forklift and pallet jack (manual and automatic), package finish product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing and labeling) loading/unloading trailers, responsible for quality control no damaged product is shipped out or accepted in, perform preventive maintenance on equipment, clean and maintain work area, complete all necessary paperwork ,communicate with operators from other shifts and perform other duties as assigned.

Assist developmentally disabled individuals at their residential site providing hands on assistance with daily living activities and recreation in accordance with their level of functioning. Preparing daily progress reports for administrational review and administering medication as per physicians order.
