* Engaged in marketing/development activities of $12M non-profit organization including communications, special events, donor relations, etc. Coordinated special events including planning, logistics, implementation and follow-up of four major fundraising events (Cocktail Party, Golf Tournament, Card Party & House Tour) and multiple smaller events per year. Wrote copy for all marketing/public relations materials such as newsletters, flyers, brochures, press releases, etc. Managed all agency public relations, social media accounts and website. Handled administrative and outreach work for department such as writing donor thank you letters, sending tribute cards, asking for in-kind donations, soliciting event sponsorships, create agendas/take minutes at committee meetings, etc. Input and managed all donations in Donor Database.

Develop the annual employee engagement campaign, based on input from senior leadership and goals/results from the annual engagement survey. Develop and execute internal content strategy and editorial calendar. Interface with appropriate internal groups – such as Human Resources – to develop cross-functional relationships to help improve the efficiency of communications throughout the Network. Develop and/or edit content for all Inspira internal communication channels, including newsletters, company intranet, employee Facebook group, employee blog, etc. Coordinate internal events and marketing strategies such as employee health fairs, incentive programs, and contests, to increase employee engagement. Own all outside vendor relationships related to employee communications. Serve as proofreader and editor for entire marketing department. Serve on various committees including the Wellness Committee, Hospitality Committee, Spirit of Women Committee, and Girls Night Out Event Sub-Committee.
