Develop and execute human resource policies and processes to achieve company business goals including recruitment, retention, diversity, performance management, compensation, succession planning and leadership development.

Effectively direct the change management process for organizational initiatives to drive cultural, process and policy change throughout the organization. Manage the change process for strategic initiatives working in conjunction with the Strategic Initiative Office. Conduct change impact evaluations to identify areas of focus and develop change strategy. Coordinate communication and training plans for change initiatives working with the Director of Workforce Development and the Director of Training. Assist CEO in overall workforce communication cycle to reinforce cultural and strategic objectives and changes through the organization.
