I came to Anthem in FEB 2014 to stand up and lead a first-level, on-the-ground IT support group for 14 high-priority call centers spread across the country. The 'face of IT' in the call centers, this ‘Tiger Team’ met business requirements that standard IT SLAs could not, and was a huge success. I led the Tigers until MAY 2019.
