As the Director, Compensation and Benefits, I was responsible for Benefits and Compensation projects. I was also responsible for setting strategy and direction for executive and broad-based compensation programs for the Company. I created and executed plans, managed day to day operations, resolved escalated issues, communicated progress with Senior Management; and managed annual budget associated with financials of stated programs.

As the Compensation and Mobility Manager, I'm responsible for planning, implementation, day-to-day administration and communication of compensation and mobility programs to ensure alignment with company and HR strategy, and compliance with applicable U.S. and state governmental regulations. Manage processes and tools for compensation programs, including merit and short- and long-term incentives. Consult with all levels in the organization regarding pay management practices, organizational structure issues, competitive trends, and innovative and industry best practices.
