Worked on a team brainstorming strategic solutions for promotions and advertisements for clients in the healthcare industry. My position specialized in designing creative ads and visuals using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Work with the marketing team to design page layouts, brochures, stationary, and other projects needed by the university while maintaining brand identity.

I researched my target market and used creative guerrilla marketing strategies to promote and advertise the Clay Matthews ProCamp to get kids ages 7-14 in the Green Bay area to participate in the camp. I also participated at the camp working with the operations managers; running a registration table and the souvenir store, and assisting the camp coaches and Clay Matthews during the activities.

As Art Director, I specialize in the apparel categories for Shopko’s advertising. Overseeing special projects, weekly circular ads, direct mail, newspaper ROP’s and other marketing materials are all in a day’s work. Responsibilities include Managing a team of designers, I give creative direction, while also critiquing work, and following projects from start to finish Developing new seasonal marketing campaigns to drive sales, which would then be executed on all platforms including print advertising, in-store signing, ecommerce and social media Maintaining the Shopko brand by developing brand standards and photography direction using vision boards and creating master formats Selecting models that represent the Shopko customer demographic, fit the product samples, and work within the photography budget Art directing photo shoots on set, working with models to ensure product is advertised in a compelling way Collaborating with merchandise managers to develop creative strategies how to advertise their product Presenting creative concepts to senior management of the company
