I coordinated and organized events for Mel Hambelton Ford, as well as developed and maintained relationships with multiple vendors. I assisted with advertising needs related to radio, TV, and social media. I managed the billing and the office.

I managed the marketing activities for 2 senior care facilities. I performed daily outreach to hospitals, rehab facilities, doctors offices, and other senior communities. I met with the families often to ensure a smooth transition into our facility.

I wore many hats, but my primary responsibility was client relations and inside sales. I also supported the outside sales team with their client/prospect needs .

I worked closely with the team to increase sales in the new construction industry. I underwrote and processed loans for multiple loan officers. I specialized in new construction and One Time Close loans. I built many long lasting relationships with real estate agents, title companies, appraisers, builders, etc. I worked diligently to get loans approved so that the buying/selling process would run as smoothly as possible.
