Worked as the sole engineer in a small startup http://gocarshare.com/. Migrated the codebase to a more structured framework and built new features. Created an HTML5 iPhone app for finding passengers and drivers. The app was featured on TechCrunch, http://goo.gl/tFrd4.

Development of my MSc project - PolyML Firefox Extension funded by an EPSRC grant. Tasks involved refactoring the code, implementing new features, documenting the project and implementing sample applications, so that anyone could start using the extension or contribute to the development. Collaboration with a friend on small freelance jobs. The tasks involve creation of simple html websites, more complex PHP e-commerce sites, SEO optimization, Google Apps administration, Linux server administration.

Internship in a web development company. One of the projects was building a ContentManagement System (CMS) for several related websites for a large TV company andintegrating it with their existing system. Gained technical skills, team working andorganisational experience by being one of the main developers and having a role of atechnical project manager.

Student Assistant job. Assistance in creating a website by consulting a research group on how they should build and make use of a community website for a research project and giving an introduction on administrating a Drupal CMS.

Internship in a web development company. Work included building and modifying websites and administrative internet based systems, developing extensions for Typo3 CMS, hosting related tasks including setting up IIS 6.0 server for shared hosting and migrating websites from Linux server.
