CEDR provides flexible services from technical evaluations to conceptual designs, cost estimates, drawing services and start-up of chemical process plants. When a process is selected, we can offer engineering services for process design, specification of equipment, operating instructions and detailed engineering of the plant. CEDR works closely with the client’s engineers and contractors during the various phases of engineering design, procurement and plant construction. We can provide technical assistance to establish analytical control procedures, development of the operating manual and training of the personnel as well as advisory services during start-up and operations. When an existing process plant requires improvement of expansion, we can analyze the operation in detail and recommend needed changes. The design and specifications are then developed as for a new plant. A modification program is planned to minimize interferences with the current operations and to permit continuous production in so far as possible.
