I was responsible for translation and maintenance of the Japanese website. I coordinated meetings with key Japanese firms with whom Wiggle Ltd are seeking to develop strong relationships, I was then involved in the meetings as an interpreter. I have instigated and produced a training manual for use by new Japanese Translators and Customer Service employees. I have also taken on responsibility for the training of new Japanese staff.
