I oversee the operations of the Wework building at 404 5th Avenue. I am responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, cleanliness and other operational aspects of the entire 5 floors occupied by Wework and its members. Manage a full time staff of 5 facilities team membersCreate deep clean schedule for all individual offices Work with landlord and superintendent to keep the building safe and compliant with all city codes Work with members to arrange special maintenance and facilities requests

Manage a team of 15 staff members including receptionists, life guards, trainers, instructors, porters and maintenance staff; Facilitate and organize member and building wide events in coordination with building management staff; Maintain 54,000 gallon lap pool to New York City standards and codes; Organize group fitness classes for every day of the week (i.e. HIIT, spin, yoga, bootcamp, pilates, etc.); Interview, hire and schedule responsible and reliable staff; Mediate member issues and enforce strict guest policies; Create memberships and personalized hand scans for new members to gain access to the club; Keep all fitness equipment up to date and in good repair; Keep open line of communication with property maintenance and management staff to create the ideal luxury fitness experience.

Worked with family of 2 children for 3 years. Picked girls up from school, prepared meals, organized play dates, escorted children to and from school activiites. Provided occasional weekend help.

Seasonal position. Organized and oversaw day to day running of a summer camp based out of the theatre department. Organized field day for camp of 150 students, supervised class scheduling for teachers, counselors and guest artists. Responsible for parent communictaion during disciplinary action. Responsible for ticket sales, venue and catering for final show. Responisble for weekly paremt newsletter distributed every week for the summer. Organized camp staff daily meetings, responsible for staff hours and vacation time. Responsible for billing and receiving payments from parents during camp operation.
