Conversion Partners was an investment firm whose owners acquired and managed middle market companies in the private, post-secondary educational sector. While there, Julia drove a number of strategic initiatives including playing a key role in organizing the sale of Ultimate Medical Academy and Conversion Partners in March 2015. Julia also had divisional responsibility for a nationally accredited school in the group s portfolio. Under her leadership, the school successfully broadened its accreditation, obtained approval as a degree-granting and distance delivery school, launched online offerings and demonstrated consistently strong student outcomes.
