Built a team over the past 12 months to enhance international alumni and parent engagement and advance global philanthropy to expand into Canada, Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. -Developing international fundraising strategy in preparation for the next Capital Campaign.-Teamed with Vice Chairman, Board of Trustees to build and implement a strategy to rebuild a unique international advisory board to support the university's 'global engagement' strategy and enhance the institution's global brand.-Established BU's first global parents network with a global parents council in Fall 2023. The program successfully delivered a series of virtual programming and international parent networking events to advance parent leadership and philanthropy. -Expanded strategy to establish regional and country based alumni leadership councils into Europe and Latin America.-Solicited and successfully closed a $25M gift to establish an institute. In addition, solicited and closed several six and seven figure gifts to establish research funds, student experiential learning funds and scholarships.
