-Management in development of residential projects.-Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor of the refurbishment of a 20 year old hotel complex, tasks included: managing all teams, dealing with matters of construction, electricity, fire safety, plumbing and gardening design from start to finish.-Duties in undertaking costs analysis for building projects, establishing quality controls, and writing analysis reports and advising on building and maintenance costs.-Managing facility including: maintenance services, organization and supervision of construction sites, management of material and equipment supplies.

-Management and development implementation of structural projects for housing.-Involved in structural projects from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing and handover.-Structural engineer assistant of a team that ensures a building is fit-for-purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule.-Development of expert reports on construction, providing advice and guidance to the staff works.
