Serve as the Senior Construction Representative with management responsibilities encompassing the planning, direction, coordination and budgeting concerned with all aspects of construction and maintenance drawing on a wide range of expertise in architectural, construction and engineering matters. Provide counsel, technical advice and oversight for complex projects throughout the SI system. Direct the engineering and architectural team through project completion ensuring the work maintains the high quality standards demanded by the world’s foremost research and museum facilities.

Responsible for quality management of the Johns HopkinsHospital New Clinical Building project. Implement the quality control program to include initial material performance validation, installation procedure confirmation, specification adherence, testing oversight and commissioning. Determine suitability of completed work, adequacy of construction equipment and oversees work. Responsible for the strict enforcement of safe practices and regulations.

Director of planning, support, synchronization and execution of training associated with the deployment of over 3000National Guard and Reserve Soldiers in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Responsible for all aspects of training, maintaining, supply, accountability, administration, operations, discipline, moraleand preparation for worldwide deployment of over 160 Soldiers in 33 different skills, as part of the Army’s Rapid Deployment Force.
