Enactus is a social enterprise that uses local and international commercial community projects to transform the lives of people in need. I joined the project called The Network and accepted the role of Content Manager, where my work involved designing the structure and material for Master Classes.

* Creating hot and cold beverages * replenishing stock in college shop and cafeteria * serving customers at the kiosk * dealing with customer questions * merchandising and displays * Shift end – including machines and cafeteria tables and floors.

* Carrying out social media campaigns and writing copy * putting together a merchandise system in Excel to increase efficiency in organising events * helping to create a database with contacts of 300 influences, allowing the company the ability to expand in new markets.

Interviewing business professionals, organising and attending conference calls and networking events, note taking a case in Court, discussing Canadian contracts with 2nd year lawyers. I was the lead marketer on a marketing project to help the company become the first law firm in Canada to offer free legal advice to strata property managers. This involved conducting research and creating a database on small, medium and large companies.

Proofreading, signing and dating contracts; working on legal cases relating to the furniture industry and the right to light.

Professional development training in the areas of first impressions and personal branding, selling yourself and tackling assessment centres, delivering professional presentations, CV building and mock interviews.

* Content Manager and editor of the team's website (PCL Student * Experience website). Work included: content maintenance, uploading * of assets such as event banners and HTML of weekly newsletter. Using * Wix’s analytics tool to review the website traffic and provide fresh * ideas to drive engagement with the content, such as a new banner * notifying the audience of a new blog. * Email marketing in Salesforce Pardot, writing copy and building * weekly newsletters for Escape Studios (ESC) and Pearson Business * School (PBS). These were for a student and staff audience with the * purpose of boosting internal engagement. Reviewing performance of * the newsletter through Pardot’s analytics tool, collating it in an easily * digestible format for the whole team to be able to review and analyse. * Managing the ESC and PBS Instagram accounts. Work included: * creating content through Canva or liaising with the design team to * create professional updated content. I also created a social media * content calendar and schedule to ensure emerging trends were * picked up and that deadlines are met.

Developed the materials for the Psychological Safety PD session. Providing evidence for Next Gen Corporate reporting and contributed to the development of the new reporting strategy for customers. Virtual Activity collaboration with an interactive Kahoot quiz. Development of online communication skills and starting conversations with individuals you will not meet face-to-face.

A renewed position and increased responsibilities. Working within the B2B team contacting corporates, creating corporate guides and running pitch ditches to actively engage companies and provide the best student experience. Actively took on more of a leadership role and supported both the employer facing team and the student facing team. Creating databases for an efficient operation, Email comms and attending strategy and idea building meetings.

A very exciting project working on the beta platform and testing out it's functionality. Provided strategic recommendations on how the platform can be improved. Collaborating with a brilliant team, presentations and creating a white paper for the executive team.
