After I served my country in the U.S.M.C. I started at the entry level sales position with Ivan Allen Company/Xerox of Atlanta. I've met and exceeded all sales quotas and personal goals at each job that I've had over the years as a Account Executive to the position of Sales Manager. My years of managing Marines has been transfered to the civilian work force. I believe that you lead from the front not the rear.
