• Develops, maintains, and troubleshoots data solutions for JSON-SQL transformations, business intelligence, user-driven updates, and asynchronous record ingestion processing in document database and Azure T-SQL environments• Writes ad-hoc SQL and Elasticsearch scripts to create, update, and remove data to assist production support and clients in managing the LXP application• Administers SFTP site to support user access, file encryption, and file ingestion functionality• Designs and creates tooling to increase transparency and enable controlled modification capabilities for internal users with limited permissions• Assists and trains Technical Support team in configuration of SSO, API, and LXP application to facilitate client success

Team Lead: Ensure that all data analysis needs across various projects/products are being met by our team. Represent the team in meetings, understand current and upcoming workloads, identify staffing needs as appropriate.Provide back-end data support for development teams building customsoftware by creating reports, views, queries and more.Develop complex reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services(SSRS) and other BI tools.Work with internal teams to develop and verify the accuracy of dataconversion scripts for replacement software applications using T-SQL.

Provide Tier 3 level support to customers across all industries who have a SIEM environment within their enterprise network. Provide training and assistance to the Tier 1, Tier 2, Gold, and Platinum support groups. Work with developers and engineering to continually improve the product.
