He was put in a salary position to perform some sales and build the back office design strategy that would put the company in a position to succeed and continue growth.Responsibilities included:Developing a working business model.Helping to form a realistic timeline of P&L's.Obtaining strong connections and developing rapport with a number of the warranty industry leaders.Understanding Mepco sales/payment reports.Developing a direct mail piece that yielded a 1.5% maximum rate of response.Managing and directing of company employees.Using the Go Forte' systems and understanding its general working functions.Building fast rapport with all potential clientele through impressive communication skills and phone etiquette.Developing a warranty sales commission pay structure matrix.Risk retention.Having total understanding of all warranty administrators programs and guidelines.Understanding of the TrustCommerce/EPc customer relationship for payment processing.

Recruited by the board of investors from a Loan Officer Assistant position to a Full Time Loan Officer and offered a 40% pay increase due to excellent performance and proof of skills in loan closure. Responsibilities included:Handling up to $10.7 mil in loan value per month-equivalent to 225-470 applicants at an average loan size of $23,000 per month while maintaining a 55+% rate of loan closure on those applicants.Extensive knowledge in GAP protection programs with proven sales record; increased penetration of the product from the company average of 35% up to 78% while still meeting and exceeding all company standards and goals related to loan quotas.Document tracking experience with USPS, UPS, and FedEx systems alike.Working directly with multiple Loan Officers and lenders on a daily basis.Assisting with general customer service and advising customers how to correctly complete official loan documents. Managed a customer base of 550-600 and personally handled all loan questions and concerns to insure quick and accurate loan closure.Handling a heavy volume of inbound/outbound calls in a call center environment while taking ownership of any customer service issues from start to finish.Possessing the skills to understand interest rates and per diem rates to determine extended loan payoffs.Being able to handle the stress of a high volume call center.
