Leading the Wealth Product Development team responsible for the strategy, execution and development of products that establishes FactSet as the premier technology partner for the Wealth industry.

Responsible for building out FactSet's world class passive investment data and applications allowing clients to streamline their workflows and providing them with the tools they need to inform their financial decisions.

Led the development of the ETF.com ETF Analytics platform, working with fund issuers, index providers and ETF.com ETF Analyst team to provide data and systems to the ETF.com website.

Worked closely with developers and project / product managers to ensure they were using the correct technology for their system. Assisted with deployments and testing of all applications.

Worked closely with 1st and 2nd line support engineers to ensure they had the knowledge to resolve user issues across multiple platforms and applications. Set up processes for incident management team. Worked closely with the client (PwC) to ensure complete coverage of in house application documentation, used ultimately by my team at Cap Gemini and by the client IT teams.
