At Zopa I was product manager for their front-of-house website and helped them successfully migrate from their legacy website to the latest JAMstack technology.- Successfully oversaw the migration of technology from their legacy Ruby website to the higher performing and more secure JAMstack technology - Reduced the first page fully loaded time by over a third from 3.6 seconds to 2.24 seconds for the slowest page on the website- Improved the homepage document complete performance for the first load to under 2 seconds- Used agile estimation techniques to deliver value early, writing user stories and acceptance criteria to manage the backlog in Jira via a continuous integration workflow

I have consulted numerous businesses and agencies under the company name Ingenious. For these clients I created digital strategy, oversaw product development and delivered profitable marketing strategies.

I founded fashion aggregator Style Compare in April 2009. Here I was responsible for the top-level strategy, staying on top of financials, overseeing product development, marketing the product, and coordinating b2b sales to major stores. At Style Compare I delivered over 7m visitors to the site and generated over £10m in sales (GMV).

I worked at Next in the digital team when their main website next.co.uk had a turnover in excess of £1.2bn per annum. At Next I was responsible for the search, affiliate, and price comparison channels for all websites; I also managed all online tracking and analytics.

I was promoted to E-Commerce Project Manager at Appee, a free e-commerce content management software provider, from sister company Helastel. At Appee I was responsible for managing the marketing and product management.

I joined this software development company at start-up and was responsible for generating new business, forming partnerships and liaising with both the technical team and clients to prepare quotes and project specifications.
