Helped launch and develop the Los Angeles market for the now defunct 4G WiMAX Company in the nation - Implemented geo-targeting campaigns (based on WiMAX coverage and local industry presence) that helped successfully recruit over 250 local Authorized Retailers; coordinated and executed subsequent Authorized Retailer recruiting events - On-boarded prospective Authorized Retailers in Los Angeles by reviewing business plans that forecasted their success in CLEAR based on their track record in their existing businesses - Collaborated in presentation LA MAP Review, the go-to-market strategy; created deck that included strategy and GM forecasted channel revenues; presented to Senior Vice President of Sales - Point of Contact for distribution and reporting of MDF (Market Development Funds), which included tracking and enforcing claw back agreements for approved Authorized Retailer expansion requests

Manage a region of Major Accounts in several MDU portfolios where my core responsibilities are to increase market penetration (maximize customer relationships in each property portfolio), grow incremental revenue and reduce churn. MDU means Multi Dwelling Units, typically rental apartments with on-site leasing staff. The two main segments are new move-ins and existing non-sub residents where I utilize the following to capture that business - Training and developing indirect partnerships with suites of leasing professionals and C-level and higher decision-makers - Partnering in Industry-related forums to highlight Brand presence and network opportunities that attracts more visibility and clientele - Leveraging relationships at each account while building effective sales funnels that are tailored and aligned to each portfolio.
