Global leader of The North Face's running, training and climbing business, responsible for driving growth and profitability across all regions, and accountable for innovation & product management, marketing strategy, consumer experiences, and wholesale & retail marketplace management. Successfully led the integration of the Lucy brand into TNF in 2017, and drove a dramatic turnaround of the business performance in 2018. Developed a new retail concept for TNF, focused on Women and athletic apparel & footwear, opened in four retail doors in the USA in Spring 2018.

* Led project teams addressing a wide range of CEO-level strategic issues for Fortune 500 clients. Marketing Effectiveness: Assessed the return on marketing investment for a retail electricity provider in the Texas power market. Generated savings of $14M (20% of budget) through focus on effective direct mail and improved timing of TV/radio/outdoor advertising. * Change Management: Identified the root causes for flight delays at the hub for a major airline. Worked with groups that interact during the ``turn'' of a plane to change behavior and improve communication. Achieved a 4% decrease in delays in `08, reversing a multi-yr trend. * Other cases: Online channel strategy for a top-10 U.S. retailer * real estate strategy for a large pizza chain * M&A advisory for a $9B chemicals firm * org design for a power utility.
