For multiple summers, I worked for a week to help families in need to fix their houses. I helped construct a sidewalk while managing my peers so that disabled children could go down a hill easier as well as building a basketball court for a local park. I hope to continue helping people in whatever field I chose to pursue as a career. On the other end of the creativity spectrum, I would also consider myself as a quantitative person. In high school, my favorite classes had to do with math. I got a 5 on the Calculus BC exam, and I used this score to get into higher-level classes in the Kelley School of Business. I'm also using these credits to pursue a math minor, and I think this will continue to better my quantitative analysis. This basic knowledge of math has helped me in other college classes, such as Computers in Business working with Microsoft Access and economics. Ideally, I hope to find a career where I can practice math while collaborating with others.
