I was a founding member of the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (NIASE), a professional organization where automotive mechanics and shops pay to be voluntarily tested in their competencies to demonstrate their proficiency and professionalism. Wherever you see the Blue ASE Gear Patch displayed on a mechanic's sleeve or in an auto repair facility, I helped to get this institute established back in the early 70's.

I led this 1000+ member organization of professional flight test engineers for 2 years.

Responsible for maintaining operational readiness of sensor systems on the SR-71, U-2, and RF-4C ISR aircraft. Conducted preflight, post-flight, system maintenance, repairs, uploads/downloads.

Triple hatted as Chief Flight Test Engineer, Chief Academic Officer, Senior Civilian Leader. Responsible for overseeing and executing a $25M/4500 flying hour annual training budget and a 50 semester hour graduate degree engineering program--graduating up to 48 Test Pilots & Flight Test Engineers annually with a Masters of Science Degree in Flight Test Engineering.

First-Ever Civilian master Instructor hired by the TPS Commandant to reengineer and reviataize the Test Pilot School Avionics & Systems Curriculum, brining it into the 21st century. Oversigt of all avionics and systems courses and instructors, including Radar, EO/IR, EW, Data Links, Systems Integration, UAVs/UASs, and Directed Energy. Developed new courses, revitailzed old courses, developed several new labs and airborne flight test training techniques.

The Provost is responsible leading the University's activities and is responsible for all aspects of the academic mission to include accreditation, academic curricula and personnel, UAS/Drone flight training/instruction, and unmanned systems research programs. Collaborate with the President and Board of Directors to ensure the mission, vision, and goals of the University are met. Lead, guide, and direct the efforts of the University’s three Deans: Dean of the School of Unmanned Systems Technology, Dean of the School of Flight Training, and Dean of Research Programs and Academic Affairs.
