Worked alongside the development department to implement growth strategies. Responsibilities included managing the Salesforce database, tracking membership benefits, recording donations, prospective partnership outreach, and client management. Also aided in fundraising campaigns and events, such as the Annual Tribute dinner for our donor organizations. Lastly, I presented to the organization’s staff and president of the U.S. International Affairs Budget of 2018, and its effect on international migration flows.

PEACE Volunteer Center is the The University of Tampa's volunteer office for students, faculty and staff. It is committed to community and campus service, and its mission is to increase volunteerism at The University of Tampa through direct service and advocacy.With this position I utilize many of the described skills for event management. For example, I currently organize social awareness events for students to immerse themselves in issues that are prevalent in our society, as well as give back to the community. For instance, I helped implement The Clothesline Project, to raise awareness of violence against women, Oxfam Hunger Banquet, to show how poverty is a global issue, Project Linus, a blanket making session for children in need in the Tampa Bay area, and lastly, National Voter Registration Day, where I got about 400 students registered to vote in the 2016 Presidential Election. These events call for budgeting skills, gaining team consensus on project scope, recruitment skills, identification of space and management of all logistics for the events, marketing, implementation reports, Microsoft tools, professionalism, communication, and other soft skills.
