Involved in the GGP/Homart acquisition with NYCommons Retirement Fund. Involved in asset management of the acquired assets with Clarion Partners.

Responsible for all investment activities within western US and setup target markets within this region. Set up network of potential partners from real estate operators, sellers, lenders,and brokers to source opportunities. Next Realty is a privately held investment company primarily focusing on retail and parking assets. Expertise lies in distressed assets and redevelopment opportunities. Next has currently raised a $30MM fund which allows us to move quickly and close all cash. Chicagoland and Midwest markets are preferred. Deal size varies from $1MM to $25MM.

Forefront is looking to acquire industrial, retail, office and multifamily assets in the Chicagoland area. Deal size is $500,000 to $20,000,000. We buy all cash with the vast majority of our acquisitions in the $1,500,000 to $5,000,000 size. We are looking to grow our portfolio and will consider portfolio deals as well.
