Responsible for all governance and delivery services for our global technology organization, including PMO, IT Fin Ops, Transitions and M&A.

Responsible for the technology business partnership, strategy and solution management for our C&W Services business. Simplify and scale across our technology ecosystem to drive market-differentiating, digitally enabled experiences and insights for our clients and colleagues. Leverage the wealth of technology and innovation across C&W Services and Cushman & Wakefield to solve business problems, increasing the effectiveness & productivity of our operations, continually improving our services, and providing valuable insights to our clients.

Reporting to the CDIO with direct oversight of full portfolio of corporate technologies and services. Providing seamless IT leadership for the corporate functions while partnering with the CDIO to execute IT organization and operating model transitions. Includes:•Leading 150 Enterprise & Corporate Solutions colleagues globally and successfully delivering a $20m+ corporate technology investment portfolio•Preparing the organization for future growth by bringing the recurring revenue business into one HR and Finance technology ecosystem and functional support model •Building a Finance/HR/IT engagement model to enable successful delivery of our end-to-end foundational data, workforce and financial planning and workforce insights portfolio•Part of the team leading the creation of a firm-wide Business Continuity Plan which will allow Cushman to pay our people, bill our customers and recognize revenue during outage or periods of disaster recovery •Leveraging our strategic partnership with Workday, using advanced platform technology to influence their product roadmap•Working with the functions to review and refine multi-year technology roadmaps and prepare for budget submission

Reporting to the CIO – Enterprise & Corporate Solutions with direct oversight of the global people technology portfolio, including the creation and execution of a technology strategy that supports and facilitates Cushman & Wakefield’s overall business strategy. Includes:•Leading 30 HR technology colleagues globally and successfully delivering a $13m+ HR technology investment portfolio•Built a global HR Systems organization from the ground up, leveraging a mix of internal, external and surge capabilities to balance the right level of support and ongoing talent pipeline against costs•Established Cushman’s strategic digital roadmap for service delivery, talent optimization and employee experience•Served as IT business partner to the GPLT (Global People Leadership Team), providing strategic guidance and support to facilitate the development of our technology roadmap achievement of short term HR goals•Partnered with leaders across TDS towers to ensure delivery of complete, cross-technology solutions that are scalable throughout the organization and for our clients •Built a robust intake and work management governance structure to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness •Drove synergy and consistency across HR technology usage globally by establishing and enforcing global HR systems and data governance in line with global HR and technology strategy and planning•Fostered partnership across HR and Finance globally through shared technology, data, and program planning and governance•Ongoing relationship management with key vendors and other strategic partners

Leading JLL's Workday HCM transformation program globally. Responsible for all Workday implementation work streams, including Workday configuration, data conversion, reporting & analytics, and HRIS operating model transformation.

Responsible for facilitating the creation of a firm-wide HR Information Systems strategy, and ensuring that any regional HR technology decisions made are in line with global technology strategy/planning. Work to drive synergy and consistency between regional HR technology methodologies whenever possible. Oversee HR systems projects and changes that have impact across countries/regions, as escalated by regional HRIS Directors. Also responsible for HR information system governance and data management on JLL's global HRMS. This includes enforcement of the global change control procedures, by which project team members, country systems owners, product owners and stakeholders can request changes.
