The PC Technician will assist with on-boarding new hires (approximately 10 to 20 per week) and setting up work-stations, devices and equipment (phone, headsets, monitors), and other office duties as needed. Responsible for provisioning laptops, desktops, ipads, chromeboxes, chromebases, etc as needed for AV, employees, and more. Responsible for inventory ordering, control, and disbursement to employees and vendors totaling over 400 users and within 3 different buildings in. downtown Denver.

· Responsible for campus IT support for more than 100 PC'c on site including laptops for faculty and students. · Provide administrative support as needed.

Service Desk Analyst is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving general internal and external service, incident and problem requests as they relate to maintenance and support of networks, mainframe, servers, personal computers, printers, mobile devices and related systems for both software and hardware issues, over the phone and hands on. Service Desk Analysts is also required to respond to a large volume of calls, maintaining as little talk time as possible, while providing both high degree of client satisfaction and first level resolution rate, as well as perform various IT related projects as needed.

* · Air Force Satellite Control Network Remote Tracking Station Controller: * Responsible for Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) contacts, as well as, warning, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and weather missions utilizing geo-synchronous, synchronous, and polar orbiting satellites with a 99.9% success rate. * · 4-1 ARTS C/S Operator; 4M-2 C/S Maintainer; 2M1 RTS Basic Maintenance; 4-3 ARTS Technician * · Conducting operations and sustaining the operability of communications electronics equipment located at an AFSCNRTS. * · Assists Controllers, Operators, and Technician personnel in operations, PMI’s, and maintenance of assigned equipment.

· Product knowledge for greater then 1200 products. · Provide customer service for an approximate daily average of 200 customers.

* · Secret Security Clearance granted Aug. 2005, to expire Aug. 2015 * · Work Center Supervisor: * Managed four personnel in the telephone switch department to insure policies and procedures were being followed according to military protocol. * · Duty Section Supervisor: * Managed six personnel in the satellite communications department by maintaining accurate records and reporting the data to the Work Center Supervisor. * · Satellite Communications / Defense Switch Network Technician: * Instrumental in the installation of a new satellite center (AN/GSC 52 Mod; HT/MT). * Operated, repaired, and maintained the satellite communications (AN/GSC 52, 52 Mod; HT/MT) and telephone switch (DMS 100) and related peripheral equipment for Naval Station Rota, Spain to maintain 98% up time.

The Network Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, setup, technical support, problem resolution, security and on-going operational maintenance of the campus networking structure at a single or multiple campuses (in certain locations, this may include multiple buildings). The Network Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of the campus infrastructure that supports all of the administrative and educational users.
