Manage the project at Makro Sathon branch, including the strategic planning and execution of initiatives designed to enhance sales and profitability. This role involves supervising operations and optimizing the effectiveness of online-to-offline (O2O) strategies. Responsibilities also include preparing detailed profit and loss statements, managing statistical data, and providing comprehensive performance reports to the senior management of Makro and the senior executives of CP Group.
