Responsible for the process coordination to multiple projects and communication with different departments as the assistant to the design director.- Project case selection, including case sorting and analysis, PPT producing and presenting, project filling.- Meeting preparation and minutes.- Customer liaison, recording customer demands/collecting feedback, coordinating between customer and design team.- Business liaison, assist in connecting with other company, including email enquiring, documents collection. - Design responsibilities, including AutoCAD drawing, diagram producing, 3D model producing and video editing, producing the bill of material and products.- Assist for projects implementation, admin and coordinate with construction teams and the design team, assist in Inventory and purchase of products and materials，coordinate and solve emergent problems on site.- Work for the company's showroom, design and set up the exhibition hall, assist in the opening event, including facilities check, guest list confirmation, activity arrange.
