* Duties: * Participate in the residential project The Boulevard stage 1 and stage 2 (152 apartments in total) * Create Project Schedule to backed up marketing department * Conduct administration of fee proposals and contracts to maximum the yield under premise of planning * Cooperate with a leading marketing company Colliers International to produce the best sale strategy * Liaise with consultants such as architects, structural engineers and fire engineers * Participate in financial feasibility report * Undertake feasibility research for new development site as per council DCP and LEP, and reported to Project Manager * Achievements: * Exposed to the early stage of property development, including land acquisition, DA, CC, project marketing and sale strategies * Effectively engaged with consultants such as PDS, MGA, Waterman and SFS

* Duties: * Sound knowledge of Gpyrock work for residential and commercial project * Receive EOI from builder, review work scopes and requirements * Quantify the materials, labour and equipment needed by using PlanSwift * Prepare cost report and fee proposal * Negotiate with builder to achieve better benefit * Carry out site inspection * Coordinate with site manager * Make sure sites are running smoothly and work is in compliance to the design requirements * Manage claims and work variations * Projects: * 414 Bobbin Head Road, North Turramurra (35 million 6 Luxuary houses) * 1 Cowan Road, Mount Colah (90 million 94 apartments) * 4-6 Niangala Close, Belrose (Belrose Shopping Centre)

* Creating detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit and Robot Structural Analysis with complete dimensional data for construction purposes. * Reviewing and modifying existing drawings. * Utilising field survey data to produce detailed construction drawings.
