I pioneered a greenfield wafer fab startup, merging equipment sets, fab operation procedures, and business processes from two mother fabs into one. This operation was established from scratch in one year, launching semiconductor wafer production in just 90 days and setting a world record through developing and executing a comprehensive project plan, coordinating resources 24/7.Initially, during the fab's design phase, I was responsible for the Photolithography and Etch departments.
