Served as the Fort Riley Traffic Accident Non Commissioned Officer In Charge, responsible for the counseling, training, discipline, health and welfare of 8 Soldiers and 4 Department of the Army Civilians. - Conducted over 200 interviews and investigations in the connection with numerous traffic accidents and drunk drivers, resulting in the DUI rate to tremendously reduce 30% on Fort Riley.- Flawlessly investigated three vehicle fatalities, one being a Vehicular Homicide, 20 traffic accidents with major injuries and 50 property traffic accidents with accurate reporting and strict accountability of evidence, resulted in all cases holding solid in Court.- Oversaw training as a Field Training Officer for newly assigned Investigators by evaluating over 300 law enforcement tasks over a 52-day period, resulting in the certification of two Traffic Accident Investigators.- Served on the Accident Reconstruction Team as one of the Forensic Mappers for digital reconstruction, resulting in a 99.9% “To scale” traffic accident scene reconstruction accuracy.
