In the project I was responsible for functional management of 6 sub-project managers with a total project staffing of 60 employees distributed on consultants, developers and internal staff as well as responsibility of the project budget of 300 mio SEK. In parallel with the project management I was solution architect being responsible for ensuring the business related elements of the solution were supportive of current and future strategic and operational needs of the group.During the entire period I have assisted with daily operational tasks in the controlling-department consisting of controlling visits and monthly reports.
