This project was for Hunt Oil.1. Manage Pressure Drilling (WBM, PSM) in an active CO2 flood (H2S).2. In less than 3 months, a 6-month goal was surpassed by cutting Rig Release to Rig Release time from 17 – 25 days to 8-9 days. Hunt’s goal was RR to RR in 10 days.3. Created Lessons Learned data base to measure performance then make adjustments to drilling program by analyzing data and defining Invisible Lost Time. Eighty (1st time) drilling lessons learned resulted in over $700,000 savings. Improvements made in less than 3 months. Saved $4,200,000 for first year.…4. Document all phases of drilling process along with investigating the progress for improvements. The overall improvement was 34.7% with savings of $420,000 per well (5,200’ vertical well). Rig mobilization in and out improved by 18.5%, surface hole drill time improved 14.3%, surface casing time (includes all steps from TD to drilling out surface casing shoe) improved 23.6%, production hole drilling rate improved by 37.8%, production casing (includes every step from TD to rig release) improved by 52.2%. 5. Developed an Operation Best Practice Manuals for project.6. Cross train drilling team to assume process responsibilities for sustainability.

1. Supervised drilling 23,000’ MD, 9,000’ plus laterals simultaneously HPHV live wells (testing between 25 MMCF to 43 MMCF per day) on 16 well pads in Pennsylvania (Marcellus Shale).2. Manage Pressure and underbalance Drilling. After I implemented underbalance drilling we reduce the Drilling fluids (OBM) cost on average $93,000 per well and improve ROP. 3. Worked with engineers implementing new drilling techniques. One result was drilling curve and 9,000’ lateral with (1) BHA and bit. Also implemented in using an Orio Tool from Team Oil Tools that was ran in on casing, the saving was between $90K to $100K per well on completion. An overall savings of over $46 Million per year.4. Design and implemented Field Accounting System for field drilling operations. This reduces the loss of equipment, casing and OBM being transferred from one drill site to another.5. Productive discussions with drilling management and drilling field team to accomplish Performance Optimization. Utilizing Captured Lessons Learned to decrease Non-Productive Time and Invisible Lost Time and achieve maximum optimization. 6. Managed up to 56 employees directly/indirectly, with a budget of over $84 Million per year.

Reviewed seismic, reserves and geological data on prospects off shore Louisiana and Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, North Dakota, Louisiana, and New Mexico, South West Texas in the Ouachita Thrust and Delaware Basin. Giving recommendations for leasing and development of 81,000 acres in West Texas and 5,700 acres off shore Louisiana.2. Generated AFE’s and Budget for Project projected for 7 years consisting of 800 wells in West Texas and 50 wells offshore plus infrastructure of pipelines, compressor stations, stripping plants, roads, etc.3. Managed up to 40+ employees directly/indirectly, with a drilling budget of over $125 Million per year.Providential made decision to liquidate assets because of the down turn of the economy.

1. Supervised underbalance drilling horizontal in the Barnett Shale in Ft. Worth Basin.2. Implemented drilling techniques used in Canada that I adapted to the Barnett Shale. Was able to reduce drilling cost on an average $360K per well. Trained engineers and wells site supervisors on other rig to implement on their rigs. We had 18 rigs in drilling fleet, that equated in tens of millions per year savings.3. Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs / audits. Implementing a safety awareness program “24/7’s”. Promoting a Culture of Safety & Efficiency. 4. Drilling fluids WBM, OBM, drilling with air, close loop systems, fishing and pipe recovery. 5.
