After six years of helping grow ServiceNow to its current success level, I left to co-found Efficient Technology, a consulting/implementation partner specializing in large-scale enterprise success with the ServiceNow platform. Our sole purpose is to ensure every ServiceNow customer receives the maximum benefit and satisfaction from their investment.We offer a myriad of services performed exclusively by hand-picked hardened ServiceNow professionals. A few of these include custom application design/build, implementation health checks, global design consulting, performance reviews, ITIL process reviews, phase 1,2,3 implementations, re-implementations, etc.

Acted as one of three global 'Solution Architects' for ServiceNow, assisting with many of the larger Enterprise sales cycles and implementation Efforts. Also helped to build and train much of the Solution Consulting organization, as well as to help architect the Enterprise sales pitch, demo flow, etc.

Assisted in developing a large part of the ITIL suite currently used by much of the ServiceNow customer base. Also personally developed the following apps: Project management, SDLC, SCRUM (agile), Release v2, APM, Subscription notification, Facilities management, HR management, and Service Level Management (SLM).

Architected, engineered, implemented, and supported the global supplier systems. This includes onsite hardware, connection with the global data center, label printing systems, application and database maintenance, etc.

Led a team of over 25 supporting the Sempra Energy account.
