With this high profile FM deliverable he not only remains a resource in further refining the TN BIM-COBie specification for future projects but is also utilized as a seasoned resource on all other FM deliverable requirements.Jeremy spearheaded and leads the adoption of Drone/UAV technologies that more efficiently gather field data and make it more accessible within the organization. He is solely developing the safety, operational, and data management policies required for a successful drone deployment strategy and thus elevates himself as expert and champion of this particular technology.Jeremy is a resident expert and resource for adopting and using the Procore project management software. He strives for novel approaches that fully leverage and streamline VDC data management and workflows such that the output is immediately accessible and dynamically applicable to not only field installations but also project pursuits. Jeremy, as a BIM Coordinator and Manager, creates, federates, and coordinates Building Information Models for design analysis, constructability anaylsis, and field installation. Jeremy is comfortable applying BIM technologies at all stages of a building life-cycle; contributing to conceptual analysis, preconstruction analysis, estimating, coordinated construction and facility management. He is proficient in leveraging multiple "dimensions" of modeling: 3D visualization and coordination; 4D phasing and schedule coordination; 5D quantity and cost analysis; 6D facility management handovers using COBie or other CMMS interfaces.Jeremy frequently participates in project pursuit efforts by contributing to RFP responses and presenting in subsequent interviews. He is a proven team player who is equally comfortable speaking to and working with owners, executives, design partners, and vendors as he is in leading and facilitating estimators, project managers, superintendents, project engineers, and trade contractors.Jeremy has directly managed the virtual construction process on more than 10 projects in half as many years and contributed his expertise and skills to countless preconstruction and project pursuit efforts. He leads his peers by developing and presenting departmental and company training materials as well as directly contributing to the development and refinement of internal BIM standards and processes. Jeremy began his career with no prior construction experience and quickly worked his way Project Engineer within just a couple years of working on project sites. He developed a comprehensive understanding and a practical knowledge of construction management by reviewing submitted plans and product data against the project specification while maintaining the relevant logs and managing the responsible contractors so that procurement was never an issue on over a dozen projects to which he was assigned. He also fielded the Requests for Information in order to get information to his field construction personnel in a timely and useful manner.Jeremy developed and implemented Quality Control programs that ensured field installations were performed correctly and in sequence using the appropriate materials and products while maintaining a safe working environment. He was responsible for performing Quality Assurance checks against these installations or prior to significant milestones such as concrete pours, closing up walls, or placing finishes.He began assisting with project schedule development and subsequently created and communicated to appropriate contractors look-ahead schedules that facilitated a high quality installation that ensured efficient use of contractor resources.Finally, Jeremy obtained LEED AP accreditation scoring the highest on the exam of anyone in the company. He then became the first person in his regional office to successfully document and certify a LEED Silver building. He continues to develop his LEED skills by staying abreast of developments in sustainability and authors the necessary Air Quality, Erosion Control, and Waste Diversion plans that are used within the organization today. Additionally, he manages the internal sustainability training of interns and new hires within his regional office thus propagating an attitude of sustainability within the company.
