* Manage the supplier quality department: * Define, implement, control & recover the supplier management strategy to achieve on-time & in-quality deliveries * Accountable for complying with and achieving cascaded customers’ and senior managements’ requirements and objectives * Report to senior management and interface with customers, suppliers and third parties * Accountable for department headcount and budget * Accountable for the quality of supplies feeding twelve manufacturing lines: * Define, develop, implement & improve procedures and supplier requirements (in house & at supplier) * Set-up and lead the strategical & operational S/C risk management * Ensure suppliers’ performance and success in the STRATA supply chain: * Champion and drive supplier industrializations, developments and improvements * Explore, define & implement supply chain optimization opportunities

* Accountable for supplier surveillance and qualification iaw. Airbus contract (GRAMS) and aeronautical legislation and standard (Part 21A & EN9100): * Industrialization of serial and development programs * Accountable for on-time and on-quality deliveries: * Assess and develop supplier quality performance, capacity and capability * Implement Quality Excellence standards (continuous improvement through lean * 6-sigma principles) within the department: * Process definition & visual management implementation

Accountable for quality documents compliance with Part M & Part 145 requirement Prepare the re-certification of the CAMO by the Swiss Aviation Authority

Define business processes and certification scenarios Ensure correct data management and output of the new database
