We are licensed in almost all 50 states and now have a competitive advantage by being able to underwrite and fund our own loans In-House. This allows us to close loans in as little as 2 weeks and allows us to stay in control of the transaction! Brokering a loan in today's market is now extremely time consuming and quite frankly uncertain.

I worked hand in hand with my clients and referral partners to provide financing solutions for their mortgage needs. Specialized as an FHA approved broker and also offered VA and Conventional financing through our broker/banker relationships.

Responsible for branch operations in Phoenix as well as continued growth of my personal origination business. Focused on providing mortgage solutions to my clients and delivering the best rates/terms and solutions available based on their criteria.

Worked on developing branch relations by overseeing several loan officers and managing a successful mortgage loan origination business. Worked with over 50 different lender relationships and navigated through each of them to offer the best options available to my clients.
