CHASSIS /ELECTRICAL - Work closely with Production Departments to resolve part quality issues in General Assembly which includes problem solving, contacting suppliers, containing part quality spills line side, issuing problem resolution documentation (SPPS), and facilitating containment activities. ALIGNMENT COORDINATOR - Monitor several vehicle models alignments programs daily to proactively reduce DRR alignment losses. Interact daily with Value Added Assembly (VAA) Suppliers to coordinate changes to 37 separate alignment combinations.

Overseen the plant’s quality activities to ensure Metal Forming Dies and Tooling were meeting or exceeding corporate requirements. Quality assurance activities included developing or revising Die manufacturing processes, performing complete Die audits, problem solving build issues along with implementing corrective actions. LEAN MANUFACTURING COORDINATOR - Salary plant lead providing support in areas of business matrix development, conducting team board review audits, training, and establishing counter measures for non-conforming issues.Key Accomplishments:

Manage the vehicle launch processes to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to world class quality standards. Work as the eyes of the customer during vehicle build events to identify quality issues for the complete vehicle. Interact daily with production and engineering departments to address vehicle build issues identified during build events. *Direct Employee Base - 8 to 12.

Directed the daily activities of the Supplier Action Center (SAC) which included; containing part quality spills in the assembly process, issuing problem resolution documentation, contacting quality engineers and facilitating containment activities. Managed a third-party source responsible for daily activity in the SAC along with the Enhanced Supplier Engagement Process to sort or re-work non-conforming material.SAC PROJECT MANAGER - Responsible for setting up several SAC areas in Body Shop and General Assembly which included: location selection, construction activities and purchasing measuring equipment.

Operated plant equipment and performed operations related activities as outlined by documented operating procedures in a safe and optimal manner. Daily activities included troubleshooting equipment and tagging out processes for repair, along with performing various safety checks.

Implemented casting processes for both four cylinder and V-8 engine blocks using precision sand casting technology. Worked on developing Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation which included sections; Process Flow Diagrams, Process Failure Mode Event Analysis, Process Control Plans and Measurement System Analysis Studies for several new products.
