Appointed Treasurer to manage cash-flows while MMAC worked through a significant financial crisis, which required it to sell operating business lines to generate the liquidity necessary to cover operating expenses. Responsibilities included short- and long-term cash management, banking relationship management, credit agreement negotiations, and executing transactions to generate liquidity. Negotiated forbearance agreements and restructured various credit lines, including $173M of Trust Preferred Shares which were restructured to achieve a three-year interest moratorium and partial discounted repurchase.
