After about a year break, returned as a Tekmark employee to write training materials about our primary system, the Internet Delivery System, which delivers news articles and pictures in XML and JPG format to online customers and internet portals.

Led the maintenance of the integration/test environment and served as backup to the lead maintaining the development environment. Three systems administrators were trained on my team before placement at one of the customer sites. Earned an Individual Achievement Award. Promoted from Systems Analyst to Senior Systems Analyst in March 1997.
