Talent acquisition and hiring

• Responsible for (full life cycle recruiting) all aspects of recruiting including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, hiring, and onboarding. • Develop recruiting (and search) strategies designed to identify qualified candidates. • Recruit active and passive job seekers for immediate and upcoming openings with our clients.• Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared to client requirements.• Utilize (both) internal and external recruiting tools (such as Careerbuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed) to source and identify candidates. • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. • Manage contract employees; (p)Provide performance feedback, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary. • Work closely with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients’ staffing needs. • Communicate effectively with peers by sharing best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation in applicant tracking systems(not sure these go together, maybe write something about mentoring, training, leading new recruiters. • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads. • Demonstrate time-management and organizational skills to ensure an efficient process for both candidates and clients.
