Field Trials engineer for the UAC and WX product lines. Responsible for the beta cycle from signing up customers to participate, supporting customers during beta and up until final release, getting feedback, to ensuring the customer receives a positive experience. Most importantly, being an advocate for the customer in the planning, development, system test, beta and final release to production cycles. Also responsible for writing case-studies of beta participant's use of the product which is given to PLM and Engineering.

Automation architect and QA lead for the Platform Services group. Wrote a test harness using python that automates the setup and configuration of a test bed, the test execution, reporting, and clean-up of the environment using virtualization. This application serves both Dev. and QA. Also responsible for leading the technical direction and priorities for the rest of the automation team. Responsible for running the entire engineering department and direction of 10 full-time and contractor engineers. Protected Defigo Systems' engineering reputation by assuring a technically excellent artifacts coming from the engineering department. Drove the technical direction of the company focusing on security engineering. Standardized consulting deliverables and marketing/sales collateral.

Sr. Security Consultant, Service Layer Technologies Sr. Security Consultant for SLT group at Juniper. Specializing in the access control products which includes: Juniper's Unified Access Control (UAC) network access control solution, SSLVPN, Odyssey Access Client, and the Steel-Belted Radius product lines. As the security consultant, was responsible for scoping projects, writing statements of work, designing and implementing the solution as well as overseeing other Juniper consultants and contractors to implement the solutions, and closing out projects.

Provided operation support for the Data Distribution and Deployments teams in the Employer Services division with a specialty in Perl and Database (SQL) scripts. Automated data retrieval procedures which cut down the procedure time dramatically. Also provided support for Windows and UNIX servers. Trained new employees on the Data Model structure and SQL.
