Responsible for originating and executing structured finance transactions (both term securitizations and credit facilities), including client relationship management, development of rating agency and other structuring technology, documentation, and transaction marketing. Notable transactions included one of the first ever hybrid cash/synthetic ABS CDOs, the first-ever revolving securitization of land bank loan facilities, and Barclays' first real estate trust preferred CDO. Built relationships and secured transactions with new clients of the firm, both issuers and investors.
