* I am currently completing a one year internal secondment with the Grant Thornton internal training centre; in order to expand my skill set and help Grant Thornton trainees to develop both technically and professionally. * Responsible for internal technical and soft skills training for nationwide assurance trainees in their first three years of their contract. * Plan and deliver training courses and manage & monitor the progress of the trainees. Courses include Introduction to Accounting & Auditing, Audit planning, Audit Risk Management, Audit Completion and Voyager & Caseware system training. * Help implement new training programs and adjust the current ones in a close cooperation with the National management. * Identify training needs in the organisation in a close cooperation with National Management and Assurance line managers. * Provide input to the training strategy and delivery of materials * Prepare training manuals and training materials for employees. * Evaluate the quality of training courses and implement improvements
