* Develop and maintain strong relationship with vendors through daily communication as well as monthly or quarterly product roadmap and supply/demand review meeting. * Determines root cause of part shortage and implement solutions. * Communicated with manufacturing planning team on material status & planning concern * Work closely with planning team for detailed forecast data and measure accuracy against purchase * Work with internal organizations and suppliers to continuously reduce cost and inventory levels * Manage RMA replacement timely and deploys corrective process improvements with vendors * Provide non-binding forecast information to suppliers and regularly assess, monitor and report constraint and potential constraints * Resolves quality issues with purchased materials together with QA and Engineering * Work with AP to resolve the pending payments to vendors
