Defined the go to market and drove the financial and solution integration for all new business for HRO. Contracted over $600M of business within the first year of commercialization.

As part of this tiger team we contracted and deployed $650M of new business.

These operations include leveraging design thinking methodologies to define net new or modernized offerings, ROI and business case establishment, portfolio oversight management across all business sectors during the innovation lifecycle and deployment of new offering/products. Launched of 5 new enterprise wide Innovation Platforms (Analytics, Automation, Blockchain, Intelligent Conversation Manager and Mobility) and enabled transformational or net new offerings from these platforms.
